Small Group Training
This 4-week session will prepare you for the explosiveness, speed and power of
baseball. Sessions will include core strengthening, movement training,
running mechanics and footwork to set the foundation for explosiveness and power
during the season. (The workouts become progressively more challenging once
the foundation of movement patterns and strength has been met.) The pre-season
workout is the critical component to get stronger,
faster and to correct any muscle imbalances or weaknesses.
