Intense
Speed
"Intense Speed"
is a program designed to
help athletes develop speed for baseball, softball, lacrosse, football, soccer
and track. This program consists of individual running mechanics, core strengthening
and stability, muscle flexibility and hip mobility and glute strengthening
to improve running
efficiency and power. Athletes will be assessed individually
and programs will be prescribed for outside workouts.

Group rates: $15 each for 10+
athletes in group (sessions will be
1.5 hours instead of 1 hour)
