Got2getFAST Training I

Got2getF.A.S.T. I is a beginning speed training designed to help the younger athlete ( 7-10) learn proper running mechanics, develop total body strength and flexibility.  The class will consist of many drills and games to help the athlete learn body control, speed and agility while having fun.  

Got2getFAST Training II 

Got2getF.A.S.T. II  is designed for the middle school and high school athlete between the ages of 11-18.  Drills to improve running technique, hip flexibility, core strength, stability and mobility will be emphasized.   This session will include the use of stability balls, bands, ladders and BOSU balls to challenge the athlete at many levels of movement patterns.  Sports nutrition and hydration training will be included.

4:00-5:00 p.m. (Got2getfast II)

5:00-6:00 p.m. (Got2getfast I)
