F.A.S.T Speed training for all sports

F.A.S.T.  is a  speed training program designed to help the athlete develop speed for baseball, lacrosse, football, soccer and track.   The class will consist of individual running mechanics, core strengthening and stability,  muscle flexibility and hip mobility to improve running efficiency and power.   Athletes will be assessed individually and programs will be prescribed for outside workouts.

Ages 11-18:  9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. appointments available

Water bottles, gym shoes (no black soled shoes), injury waiver & PARQ

Cost: Hourly:  Individual $40

2 athletes:  $30 each

3 athletes:  $25 each

4 athletes:  $20 each

5  athletes:  $15 each
