"Getting Ready to
Compete" This
session will focus on developing core strength, joint mobility, stability and
muscle flexibility. Athletes will be challenged to use
their body weight to perform these exercises to develop athletic movement
patterns. These exercise routines will include muscle activation,
movement preparation, hip mobility and core strengthening
exercises. Athletes will develop footwork and strength for
speed, agility and quickness. Individual assessments will be
included.

"Pure Speed for
Lacrosse"
The athletes will
build from the "Getting Ready to Compete" session to develop
speed, agility and quickness movements for lacrosse. Sessions will
include specific speed drills for lacrosse, speed cutting and deceleration
movements.
