Eagle Junior and Senior High Girls Lacrosse 

Pre-Season Conditioning, Speed Training

This training will include running technique drills, acceleration and deceleration training and flexibility movements to help you become a better athlete for the sport of lacrosse.   Each session will consist of a series of warm up and cool down stretches to develop flexibility,  running technique for acceleration, deceleration and lateral movements, core strengthening and sports-specific exercises  to help prevent injuries.
