1: Dec. 1-Dec. 17th, 2009
"Getting Ready to
Compete" This
session will focus on developing core strength, joint mobility and
stability and flexibility. Athletes will be challenged to use
their body weight to perform many exercises to develop athletic
movements. These exercises will progress into challenging workouts
to prepare for the next level of speed training for the sport of
lacrosse.
Session 2: Jan. 5-31, 2010
"Pure Speed for
Lacrosse"
The athletes will develop speed,
agility, quickness and improved strength through the practice of
correct body positioning for fast movement patterns used in
lacrosse.
