The mission of F.A.S.T. is to develop individual speed, strength, flexibility and power for improved athletic performance. We believe that each component of core strength, balance, flexibility and running mechanics is critical to the development of speed, agility and injury prevention.  All sessions will consist of dynamic and static stretching, running technique drills, core strengthening and hip mobility and lumbar stability using an exercise progression designed to develop individual athletic performance.

CERTIFIED

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) 

 

Certified Level I Youth Speed and Agility Specialist through IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association)

Speed Development Clinic for high school sports (Jan.14th,  2010)

Competitive Edge (Pre-Season Conditioning for Winter sports)

Lacrosse Conditioning (Dec. 2009 - Jan.. 2010)

Individual speed training sessions (Jan. - May 2010)
