The
mission of F.A.S.T. is to develop individual speed, strength, flexibility and power for
improved athletic performance. We believe that each component of core strength, balance,
flexibility and running mechanics is critical to the development of speed,
agility and injury prevention. All sessions will
consist of dynamic and static stretching, running technique drills,
core strengthening and hip mobility and lumbar stability using an exercise
progression designed to develop
individual athletic performance.
